Run at Studley park boathouse , Jensen ran 22:25.
Felt ok, need to drop 20-30 seconds over next 6 weeks

O race 1:04:20 [3] 8.16 km (7:53 / km)

Bendigo event at kooyoora! On the back side of the big hill, the Northside. Great area, pretty green but actually ok,really tough Nav! Made lots of mistakes, should have given it a bit more of a crack! Let go a bit.
Big mistake of 5 mins on one, just drifted off line and was making things fit

Ran to the billabong oval and did a couple of laps and then some running drills, just to get out in the sun.

Just a bit of a nothing run tonight, squeezed in between things. But felt really good. Did 7 stair climbs under the chandler, working on getting calves and quads back- from where ever it is they went.... should have done more as I now have 6 x1hr clients in a row tomorrow- going to be too shagged to train

Burning glutes and quads!
Where have they gone? It's only been 3-4 weeks since last class but u lose it if u don't use it!! Need to go twice at least weekly. Right hip flexor not happy Jan

So nice to be home and just go for a normal run!
Along the river with Jensen until he cut home through the tunnel and I was going to do 10km but kept bumping into neighbours who wanted to know all about NZ. Body feeling pretty good but weak on hills.
