Little jog around the block, and then 15mins of running drills on the street out the front :)
Every time a car came past I had to just jog like a normal sane person! Ha

Jogged to Stradbroke with Jensen and did some intervals, not much, 2 x800, 2x400, 2X 200m

Sprint race on a new map! Great area, 1 really bad route choice and one leg where i ran out of the control without knowing where I was going and then missed the short route choice! Stoopid! Legs abit sore and heavy from yesterday.

sprint training 13:50 [3]

Second sprint race, same area. A head to head race with a butterfly loop, fun! Except for the bit where I came out onto the oval a few from the end and I was 100m behind and tried to catch up but couldn't ... quite.... get... there, bugger! More intervals for me!
