Ran to chandler and back, and then was slothing around the oval about to give up and head home when some neighbours appeared so thought I had better do a few run throughs and some drills :)

Then 5 hrs of massage back to back - arm workout!

Ran to pipe bridge, one hill rep, then home. Feeling really flat....:(

So went for a run instead, nice run along the single track. Bumped into Peter so ran around and up past kew cottages and home, legs felt ok

Vic long distance champs Creswick.
Little bit better than yesterday but still lazy navigating. Was one gully out on a longish leg but luckily only lost about 45 seconds! And bad route choice on a leg going through green near the end, I either should have gone around, which is normally what I do, or push harder through the green, bit soft I was!! And lost over a minute for my softness :) Great area though
