Took running group again this morning, ran with them to Stradbroke park , did 12x200 then ran back
It was so dark we couldn't see the 200m line on the track

Parade college and Bundoora uni, sprint training with Aston Jensen and Brodie, fun but legs sore, hope they recover by Saturday!!

Super slow, feeling just like a rolly polly, a square one at that, as not even rolling! Blah
Couldn't find headphones and certainly didn't want to be left in my own head so played Danish app whilst running along, guess that counts as map reading practise!! So not an entire waste

Took running group of about 30 this morning, was great fun- bit nervous but they know the drill so I didn't have to do much! Great group!

Did a lot of single leg glute stuff! Very obviously weaker on my right side!!must get onto that!!
