Still feeling tired and a bit tightened up from first long back run yesterday so had a rest day :)

Consolation run for not doing 2Bays 28km trail race this year.... lovely Kaz dragged me through to 20 after saying we’d do 18, and as my watch had died she tricked me into the last couple of kms, which made my day to have run 20! So happy with that. Felt ok, not bouncy and light, need to get back to Pilates, but not too bad :)
Brodie joined in, was super grateful for his chat that helped get me through, he may not have been so happy with the pace..haha .

Parkrun Princes Park, bit of a much needed hit out. 32 secs slower than the start of the year but happy in my current state to break 20 . Love parkrun for making fast sessions so much easier/ def should do more

An easy run around the billabong and little tracks near home, just to turn the legs over as still feeling tired. Nice evening for it.
