Long run out the Yarra flats with a group, felt a little easier than last Sunday’s long run.

Sprint into Spring number..... I forget what number we are up to, 4?
great course and map out at RMIT Bundoora. ok run, bit slow deciding some route choices.

small warmup and then a jog around after looking for lost neighbours out on their courses

Did some great sprint training around Polytech/boathouse that
Joe set, 4 short courses, 2 of them starting with a hill sprint ...... just shoot the old lady off the back of the pack..... aaaargh
