Finally beat a cold that I picked up in London. Wiped me out for quite a while (I should have rested more on NYE instead of test-jogging my courses for darkside and sprint camp).

Downhill at Cypress, with plenty of North Shore powder. Not terrible to begin with, but got heavier and heavier as time went on. Crazy busy, so stuck to Raven Ridge and Sky Chair which are always much quieter.

I bought skate skis! Finished up my Cypress triathlon with a quick outing on the trails. My technique still needs a lot of work, in particular getting my weight over the ski enough when gliding (I don't go far enough, so the ski/ankle are still at an angle). I have lots of tickets to Cypress this year, so should have plenty of time to practice.

Test running a possibility for the Sprint Camp 2-person relay. Happy with the interesting route choices and variety of terrain, but it isn't very "relay-y" (i.e. if you split early, you won't see people on the other fork again until the end). I think it is the best use of the area though. I need to consult with Meghan and get her thoughts.

Test running the second elite leg for 2 person relay. A few little changes needed to this one, to make it more interesting.
