I was pretty late and barely made my start. First time in a while I’ve run so fast as a warmup

Super long sprint course, not the hardest sprint I’ve run but there were some very challenging legs that required some planning and fine navigation. Tried to keep the pace high throughout the whole thing, gonna feel this one tomorrow.
