  • Dynamic stretching.

  • Warm-up: two rounds of handstand kick-ups x 3 / kips x 6 / 15# good-mornings x 12.

  • AMRAP in 20 minutes:

    - handstand push-ups x 3
    - deadlift x 6 (225# / 155#)
    - kipping pull-ups x 12
    - double-unders x 24

    I modified three out of four elements of this -- did pike push-ups, only used 85# on the deadlifts, and did 3x singles instead of double-unders. Completed five full rounds + 3 pike push-ups.

  • Easy 250m row.
