- Warm up: jog 400m, one minute of jump-rope, dynamic stretching & front / side / back planks.

- Three rounds w/ 15# kettlebell: around the worlds x 10 each direction / swings x 10 / one-leg deadlifts x 10 per side.

- Two rounds: straight-leg sit-ups holding two 15# kettlebells overhead x 10.

- Main workout -- two rounds for total reps, with a partner; one minute at each station, then one minute rest while the partner goes. I'm including my partner Carolina's reps for comparison; she's about my same age but much better / stronger at everything -- especially the double-unders. :-P

Trail run. Since Hidden Mesa is closed due to an outbreak of bubonic plague, I ran at Gateway Mesa / Mitchell Creek instead. The last time I did this trail (with Troy & Coco), the rocky sections were all ice and the dirt sections were all thick, slippery mud; it sucked. It was dry and nice today.

BTW, I'm slow, but not as slow as the pace recorded here. I stopped a few times to build cairns, to find the trail when I got lost, to take pictures, etc.
