Urban #8 - Randpark Golf Course Night O
Had a pretty decent race. Didn't feel completely in control at times but managed to hold it together and didn't have any real mistakes. Lost most of my time on the uphill legs including 8 sec on the long finish sprint.
Happy to be 43 seconds behind Michele.

2nd time trial for the year.
Pretty much the kind of time I expected. Slowed badly in the middle. It started raining after 2 laps to keep things exciting.
16 sec slower than this time last year which is pretty interesting!

A star symbol game to warm up and then a line course with lots of direction changes. We had to count cones along the way which I sucked at. I was very distracted. Mostly wondering why my legs feel so heavy!
