A nice loop taking in the Riggs - I forgot how nice they are to run around, especially southern end. Warm day without much wind so quite dehydrating. Legs a bit sluggish towards the end but still going fine on climbs, just the left plantar doing weird things.

Well, I've not stretched things like that for a while! Enjoyed this very much. Not sure how accurate the rep distance was as the path is under dense trees and in a little valley. Tried measuring it in the warm-up while doing drills/strides. Anyway, I worked hard for the distance I ended up doing which is what counts...
Not quite sure what my form looked like, probably utterly laughable from an onlookers POV!

On a back road that has two flatter sections either side of a reasonable dip, so each rep had a decent amount of climb (more than descent usually), which made it tough. I also forgot to charge my watch so had to put it in ultra mode, clearly not conducive to intervals.
Felt pretty good for most of the session, working hard to the end on each climb.
