SA sprint champs. was fun course and the out of bounds structure in the middle made the course interesting. I was hestitant on 8 cause of it being hidden by so many bushes and probably went the slowest way possible to 9 (did not see the contours)
oh well was pretty clean

orienteering 1:30:40 [3] 9.0 km (10:04 / km)

long distance race at little childs crack.
I think i was way to careful with this race and i had alot in me at the end. i think i only got tired around 10where i started making mistakes in the control circle. I seem to be 5mins down on each long leg and i didnt make anymistakes. still have a long way to go on my long runs but its getting much better.

long run day, was wet and cold but went out anyway. My legs are a bit stiff from doing so many squats last night so this was pretty damn slow. oh well glad to have kept up my motivation the whole way.

it was very wet and windy , i had to do this at 5:15 cause i had to be a work function at 6:30. which evenutally didnt start till 7:20.
200's x4,3,2,1 floats were very short as i was not warming up and wanted this session over.

run from mitcham train station, up lynton to home.
stupid belair national park has put a massive fence all the way around the golf park entrance. there is no gate and now there is no way to get into the park. 100's of people use that fence everyday and now they cant get through. good job belair national park
