hardest knockburn lap of my life, felt like i was sinking more than i was going forward! No wetsuit will have made it harder, but also just feeling very lethargic and brain foggy all day. 26.5°c on the drive over!

Cruise round the Potarch score event. Good fun, a bit more straightforward than I was expecting as there was a very obvious order to do all the controls in - only had decide to go anti-clockwise or clockwise (i went clockwise). C4 in the wrong place but quite quickly realised, found it on my way to the next control however! Really enjoyed the forest, nice and runnable as the bracken hasn’t quite interlocked yet. Dee dip and club picnic afterwards, nice to see everyone
