thought i could've done a bit better so i was surprised at the result when i got to the finish. felt good running so the training on the hill obviously worked. thought my route choice was good- lost a minute on 1 where i went along the spur where there was loads of heather. lost like 2 minutes on 5 where i lost concentration had to relocate and all that. first scottish boy so happy
