track tuesday yeahh boi 2000, 1600, 1200, 800, 600, 400 with between 2 and 3 mins rest Paces dropping down each rep feeling surprisingly really quite good...maybe that's what a weekend of no hill running does for the legs. another nice big group and really enjoyed the session
