Running race (Southern XC) 36:00 [5] 8.0 km (4:30 / km) +200m4:00 / km ahr:169 max:189 (injured)
Southern XC, Stanmer Park, Brighton. 83rd. The general idea for these XCs is to force me into higher HR with no let up from steep (walkable) hills. Watch didn't start for the first km which was very annoying. Kind of settled into it but not a fan of the fast stuff at all atm. Managed to overtake a lot on the downhill first lap and then held them off until that point again when i overtook some more. Felt generally knackered but what can ya do. Back seized up during the 5 hour journey back to oxford (was only supposed to be 2h but every single stupid road was closed)
