Old Man Intervals again.12 by 180 metres around perimeter of Golden Square Oval. Long recoveries between each interval. My first 5 effort for the year. Pace equivalent to my 1k pace of 20 years ago. But happy with this. At one point I was doing under 4min/k which these days is a rare novelty.
The cricketers were setting up as I was leaving. I felt no envy.
