Worked on retaining wall for ~4.5 hours of mixing concrete, laying bricks, moving bricks+concrete, etc.

Than had supper and went for a run! Was feeling not very sick (a first in about a week), and leg was feeling alright (thanks to ibuprofen), so I had a good solid road run. Second longest run in the past 2 months.

Felt pretty good other than the outer muscle below my left knee was getting sore coming back down to lake level.

Working on retaining wall out at Oma and Opa's for 5+ hours. Including mixing concrete for ~2 hours.

Staying out at Oma and Opa's. Ran up to eagle bay road and east past the store which is now for sale. Lillian ran too, and walked in places so I ran up side roads and back. I hate road running, it is so boring...

Orienteering 35:00 [1]

Got Jon to quickly set up a course for me on the uptown Salmon Arm map. Course created, map printed, in less than 10 minutes! I ran around it and put out controls (sticky notes with numbers) for a shorter version for my younger siblings, fun all around (except for the odd mosquito if you were walking).

Training starting again (again...) after get sick and completely laid out over the weekend. I keep telling myself baby steps, and not jumping in headfirst and hurting something else...
