orienteering 45:00 [3]

O ints with Seb around stadskogen in Uppsala- flat w many small contours and heaps of little confusing tracks. About 10 x 3-6mins with alternating 20sec head start. Good fun though i was orienteering a bit bad to get really good intensity.

Tjust day 2.
Overall much better orienteering but two mistakes cost me 6ish mins, both from not slowing down enough on approach then having to relocate. Also hope to get more efficient in this sort of terrain.
10mins behind winner (Anna Måsell) in 5th.

Tjust Day 1.
Nice terrain, many details, more small steepish hills than no, some marshes and rocks.
Messy run- not giving the terrain enough respect or thinking things through. Lost 4mins on number 1 and minutes on many more from then. Didnt feel I 'spiked' many, though was happy with a few aspects.
14mins behind winner (Anna Måsell) in 9th.
