Evening session after work - I am happy this week is over - though not excited about all the work that needs to be done this weekend. Everyone keeps asking me if life is empty after the PhD push, and I don't get it because it seems I am just as busy.

Great thing about Friday night workouts - you have the gym to yourself!!

Long run in Delsjon with Jase - on mostly icy paths, though some places were clear, and some places were more snow than ice. Feet started to hurt the last 20 mins - probably because of the shoes and the underfoot conditions. Next time must prep the toes.

Weight is back to what it was when I started, except that was with the other scale, and I think that scale was not accurate (and under-weighing me). But nonetheless, not really doing so well on the L&F objective. But as I have said, I am not overly concerned about weight per say, I am more interested in increasing my training and strengthening. Last week was a little gympa weak.

running intervals 59:32 intensity: (39:32 @3) + (20:00 @5)

2 min intervals along the 8km loop. Warm-up and paced run along the 8 with Karro, Jose and Stina. They did not run intervals but maintained a paced run. After a 15 min warmup, I started at set of 5, 2 min intervals while the others continued to run along the 8. I would run ahead, on the interval and then turn around to slow jog back to them (approx. 30 secs) and then joined their paced run until I started my next interval (2 mins in between each interval). Then we all paced run back, except for a slower section in the end due to ice.
