First mile uphill was good, second mile down I wasn't feeling to good and had to stop so I wouldn't pass out. I think everything iv done this week has caught up to me. Third mailed was good once I started feeling better again
Great course, I however was very unfocused and literally went to 5 before 4... Intentionally. When I got to five I realized that four comes first. It's been a long week.
