Hockey (SOHC match vs Bridgwater) 1:10:00 [4]
shoes: Astros

Won 2-1:)) really exciting game- they scored first then we scored:) I kind of set up the second goal. Played alright for most of the match and really well for a few phases of play so reasonably happy I guess.

Note
(rest day)

Much needed rest, have done too much high intensity stuff over the last few days, and have a hockey match tomorrow at Bridgwater yay:)

Athletics 55:00 [5] 6.8 km (8:05 / km)
shoes: Asics trainers

Killer session! 300hard 100 jog x4 then 100 sprint and that's one set. And 4 sets! Nb: the time includes the jogs and the rests between each set. My legs felt like jelly on the last set, but it is very good cross country training, and I felt like I ran pretty well:))

Hockey (Match vs Exeter School) 1:00:00 [5]
shoes: Astros

Good game, lost 2-0 though. Played pretty good, and my futures coach coaches their team so it was good to play well in front of him!

Ridiculous because it was an U18 match and we only had 10 players, so we had to borrow one of theirs :(

Hockey 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: Astros

Dedication coming to SOHC training;) had a ski trip meeting and it finished with enough time for me to get there so I went :) Gus wasn't there but did some drills and stuff and played a game, I scored yay but there were no goalies :')

Hockey (Indoor) 45:00 [3]
shoes: Asics trainers

First played kings u16, 10 mins each way. We lost 3-2 though I scored both, should have won which is a bummer. Then played their u18 team and won 4-3 (go figure.....) and we didn't have a break really between matches. Then played the u16 again for 5 mins which we lost 2-0, all absolutely whacked cos we had 3 games straight after each other and they had a break! Not that I'm giving excuses or anything;)

Played pretty well, did a lot of running! And scored 3 or 4 goals so not a bad run out tbh.

And I'm not going to athletics tonight, cos you know, effort.
