Orienteering. Could not concentrated on.
It was not so good

Night park o.
Could concentrated well.
Map was not accurate, I did some mistakes due to it.
Was fun

Little faster than usual.

Long run with a map.
It was good to run in the morning because I can use time effectively.
I will continue this habit.

Easy jog

run on pavement intervals 21:40 [5] 6.0 km (3:37 / km)

400m×10 intervals.200m jog.
Pace was between 70sec to 72sec. Last was 68sec.
Jog was around 65sec.
Felt tired, but I can complete the session.

Pace run.
My condition was not good mainly because of the lack of sleep.
I did 6k instead of 8k.
I could run well.
