I ran in the forest of Boras with Erik.
I felt tired.
But I could push myself and finished running two hours.
I felt tired because we mainly ran in the forest.
It was very good training camp for me.
I try to concentrate on my orienteering technique more and more.

orienteering race (line orienteering) 1:15:00 [3] 7.0 km (10:43 / km)

Technical training with Erik.
He made training courses for me.
I run line orienteering.
Try to focus what to see.
I could see forward, but I lost sometimes when my navigation became slow and run in the complex area.
The runnability was bad, so I used much power to run.

I did orienteering intervals in the afternoon.
I tried to focus on run fast, but I did many mistakes.
He said that I should do what I did in line orienteering.
I should focus on map reading even when I run fast.

Felt tired.

long run with my friend.
I went to the lake and ran around it.
we took a rest aside the lake and came back.
Very warm and so it was little hard session.

From my house to start. Goal to my house.

orienteering race race 17:06 [5] 3.9 km (4:23 / km)

Participate in the Icebug sprint cup.
Felt very tired because of the interval before this day.
I did a big mistake and it took 40seconds.
I should have read control discription.
Though I felt tired, I could run relatively fast.
It was ok.

run on pavement intervals 30:00 [5] 8.9 km (3:22 / km)

3min interval(1min rest).
I forgot to bring my orienteering shoes, so I did it alone.
Although I felt very tired at first, I could finish doing my training in a good time.
But now I feel very tired.
means that I could push hard today!
I am looking forward to runnning splint tomorrow as well.

Orienteerng using the map of 10mila training.
It was very good weather.
I tried to run accurately and fast.
I did some mistakes on second part.
But totally it was good. I am getting used to runnning this terrain.
