Time to start logging again. Have been sick and trying to figure out ongoing injuries/pain in feet. X-rays came back negative today, no fractures just heel spurs. Physio has been working hard to break down muscles and rebuild/strengthen those in need to give balance and correct movement causing injuries to feet. Given the okay to start moving more since no fractures, really missing being in the forest! Have been unmotivated to log anything I have done the last month or so but feel like things are taking a turn here! Fingers crossed!!
