Local CLOK event at Goathland today where I ran a brown. Nice training where I focussed on keeping a steady pace and being clean. Mostly good navigation but was pulled off my bearing a couple of times. Need to practice not being distracted by others when out on the moor.
Stretching includng some ankle strengthening work.

Running (Threshold) 1:00:09 [5] 9.21 km (6:32 / km) +83m6:15 / km
Threshold session along the lines. 5 x 1.2 km ish turning on every 6:45mins. Ran faster than last time getting about 2:15mins rest on each. First 3 reps were at threshold then the 4th we sprinted 40paces then jogged 40paces alternately for the distance followed by 1 last threshold rep.
