Shuoc intervals moved to Thursday due to spirals.
8min (2min), 6 x 40s sprints (1:20), (1min) 8min.
Pleased to get further in second 8min as it's always tough with the lactate from the sprints. Endcliffe park getting properly muddy now.

Springvale spirals, really enjoyed this again and over 1min faster than last year. Quite slippy and wet but had trail shoes on which worked well.

More rest days than I'd have liked this week but probably needed them. Good to have a weekend at home to recharge. Back to the lab and training next week and then SPOOK!
