Foot been sore since New Year's day, but getting less sore day by day.
Hurts in the 4th toe of the right foot, especially barefoot and going downstairs.
I figure it's something similar to what I've had before, so been doing a tiny smidgen of physio and rolling. Will just keep vibing for the rest of the week, then start again gently at the weekend.
A little tragic, but think I just pushed my luck with too many runs on hard surfaces (i.e. ice) in ancient shoes.
