Real test of will getting out the door, but managed to get myself outside and headed up to the tower on Corstorphine Hill. A bit DOMSy, but nothing too serious, and I was glad to have done it.

Nice and sunny, and saw a zebra :)

A bit of mobilisation and limber 11, then down to the vaults for:

3x5 Deadlift (40, 60 warm-up, 70, 80, 90kg)
3x5 Back Squat (20, 50 warm-up, 70, 80, 80kg)
