Did ok, but legs tired badly on the loop around Ponden Beck and the Kirk. Guess they're still a bit battered after massage on Fri and Hockey/O yesterday.

Reasonable result, but should really be better than this.

Got cramp in hamstring when tried to swim BS, so was mostly FC. Still not confident enough in my Back or Fly to either of them.

Hockey v Ramghria

3-3 draw with 10men (well in effect 9), and we were down to effectively 8 when Ant got sent off, so good result all things considered!

Plus, I got the first goal. Although should have stuck it in the first time, rather than jabbing in the rebound of the keeper.

Did get hit on foot by ball resulting in a really nice bruised foot - hopefully it won't be too painful tomorrow.

2014 Race #7

Ok, but very scrappy. After last weeks good run, I was hoping for better than this. No major issues, just a few scrappy bits and pieces.

Woods themselves a lot less grotty than last week!

Route to 1 ok, should have come out and gone back in for 2 instead of going straight. 3 did ok, but came off path to ditch too early. 4 good. 5 ok. 6 ok. 7-8-9 scrappy and lost time. 10 ok, but silly mistake cost me time. 11 fine. 12 fine, but glad someone turned onto path in front of me. 13 ok, but scrappy at ditch bend onto path. 14 went in too early and ended up on wrong side of ditch, had to jump it. 15 ok, but path split on ground, rather than ending and ended up about 50-60m too far S. Fortunately someone came in to punch control at the right moment and I spotted it. 16 fine. 17 bit of scrappy mistake turning in too early. 18 fine. 19 fine, but slow. 20 good - probably my best leg of night - ran on bearing and hit it bang on. 21 ok. 22 worst mistake of night turned to wrong path and confused myself momentarily. 23 was good - got lucky with a trod in right place leading to it.

Good, fair hanging of controls this eve for a change.
