Still feeling rubbish, so just took Tally for a walk with Mum. Going up the hill in Drumkeeragh was causing the pressure to build in my sinuses so I think it was a good idea not to push it today. Going to intervals tomorrow but I may be taking them nice and easy

Cycling (Turbo) 20:00 [3]

Just below my left knee was really sore today so the run got switched to a bike session. Not a long one - but since my Thursdays have become lazy rest days it was better than nothing.

WENT 7 Dixon Park. This one was really good fun. Planned by Santa with tinsel at each control = extra name in the prizes hat. But he was busy and left it to his crossed eyed elf to put some of the controls out, this mean a number of them were in the wrong place (took me a really long time to figure out it would be on the same feature 100m or so away) and he decided to put out 2 bonus controls which weren't on the map but were lit up like Christmas trees. Absolute chaos ensued for 45mins and was followed by hot chocolate and sweeties. Great night and thanks to Santa/Crossed Eyed Elf and his little helper.

Tribal. Last one before Christmas so it was a toughie. 12 Days of Christmas themed.
1 run
2 press ups
3 squat jumps
4 squat bicep curls with a resistance band
5 snowboarders
6 dips
7 side plank dips
8 side lunges
9 press up high 5's
10 super crunches
11 leg over chair into reverse lunges
12 front and side arm raises with resistance band

Followed by shoulder presses, bicep curls, tricep curls and extensions with 30s on 20 off sprints and 40 dips to finish.

Woken up multiple times in the night by my leg pain every time I rolled over..... Decided it wasn't worth pushing on wrecked legs so taking a rest day.
