Aislings class - hmmm, whilst the springs were easier the exercises were held for too long so was very conscious stop and reset when I felt I was working into my lower back

BTS with Susan, Musgrave and Andytown - a couple weren't working for us which is a shame. Time and distance are an estimate, I forgot my watch so took the average pace from Susan before I abandoned her to leg it back to the car to get to Barre. It was really dark by the time I got back, almost time to carry a head torch with me.
