Decided to take the weekend off - only walking the dog, in order to give my ankle/achilles/calf a proper rest. Somehow it has made it worse..... Booked into see the Podiatrist on Thursday to see if he can figure out whats going on

Reformer!! So good to be back - but boy did it hurt. Serious leg set today, long scrambled egg set into lunges, scooters, flying lunges and single leg deadlifts to finish. Ouchies
