Orienteering 53:00 [3] * 5.0 km (10:36 / km)
shoes: Innovate 280

Long and then short at CNYO's National Orienteering Day Meet. They were sprint-style courses, lots of easy controls encompassed within a small distance. I did terribly, but it was so much fun to be orienteering again! And another plus: I think my hamstring is almost better now.

Rock Climbing 25:00 [3]

Bouldered for a little at Noyes Rec Center. My hamstring was still tight but what bothered me more was how out of practice I am! I had trouble climbing some routes that probably should have been easy for me. It probably didn't help that I also didn't really understand the way they were marking the routes.

Treadmill Running 32:00 [3] 3.1 mi (10:19 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Ariel

Felt okay enough for a jog, but it was raining outside so I tried the treadmill at the gym for the first time. My hamstrings were really tight near the end of the run, and my left one was a little sore, but I definitely felt a whole lot better than before.

Frisbee 45:00 [3]
shoes: Nike Mercurial

Pulled a hamstring during some sprints so I sat out for most of practice. At first I didn't think I really had injured anything so I kept going for two more drills but it just started to hurt a lot more. I stretched it and rolled it out using a water bottle, and now it's on ice. I hope I recover quickly enough to go to Thursday's practice.

Note
(injured)

Pulled hamstring :(
