8 x 15 m shuttle runs, 10 s rest

lateral movement
30 s on, 60 s off
skater hops
side shuffles
short shuttle runs
repeat 4 sets

Strength and conditioning 20:00 [3]

strength set = [10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 jump squats]
repeat 3x, do 15 each on the last one

dead bugs x 5
core set = [toe taps, russian twists, bicycles]
30 s on, 5 s off, repeat for 3 sets

run after lunch around Lake Artemesia. didn't really bring enough clothes so was a little chilly. also super sore for some reason
