Orienteering 30:00 [3]

Put out controls for the O'Bunny in two trips around, hauling the control stands, flags, and O'Bunny goodies and prizes. I had to race around pretty fast, since I did this while baking cinnamon rolls and fixing dinner. The O'Bunny was again successful.

Beautiful day. First good day in a long time.

Orienteering 1:00:00 [1]

Walked around to find control locations for the O'Bunny tomorrow. Went inside, marked the map, and went back out to hang tapes. Then put the course into the computer, hauled all the controls outside and set them up. Ran the trial course three times before it printed correctly.

I am set to put control flags and bunny goodies out in the morning before cooking dinner at 1100. wow.

Workout with Jared. Hardest thing today was upper body, especially swinging the ropes.

Slogging 40:00 [3] 2.0 mi (20:00 / mi)

Took ElRay to Watkins Mill for a slog. This was like interval training--we would sprint after birds or squirrels, or just for the fun of it. Then we would stop and roll in the snow, or sniff. Only two really icy patches where I had to go around in the snow.
