AM - drove to Lawrence Arts Center to meet Larry Woelk to do an easy run, but I did not read his email on the shange of plans. So, waited 15 min, then ran around the LAC block and other adjacent blocks to see if Larry might just be late, Dynamic stretching at first, then watied, then ran.
Last 4 min ran up the parking garage to the top level and back.
Waffles for breakfast.

7 am - set up control markers for Clinton Overlook sprint O and posted directional signs to meet, then drove to the Arboretum, posted more directional signs and set up registration and refreshments.
Ran the 2.0K course (Fritz set it; Mike hung the markers). 15:39. Helped with registration.
Then drove back to Clinton Corps Office to time the 1.9K course I set up.
Picked up controls afterwards.
Then Papa Keno pizza and beer at the Eglinskis with Dick Neuburger and Paul Caltterbuck. Looked at Dick's Swiss tour maps.

Dog Days calisthenics - felt very tired.
Skipped the run and went to work after 10 day vacation.

Still very stiff and sore from Sunday's long trail run.
