Dights falls and back, easy not full tempo. Large snake crossing the river above dights falls and passed him about 10m away.

In wrong place, don't actually know when this happened.

Commute + heidleberg rd. easy. will adjust right shoe a bit more still pushing a bit against the cleat.

Hopefully running today the knee is ok.

Chandler Heidelberg loop. Felt good after Tuesdays shemozzle. a bit of knee pain but a small adjust to the shoe cleats and a couple days work on the roller should sort it out.

Osteo appointment so bussed back in and left bike at work last night.

Commute + yarra boulevard, slow and easy. I have to laugh when people pass you when you are just easy spinning as if they have caught you at the world championships.

Paddling 54:00 [3] 10.0 km (5:24 / km)

Usual run to boathouse and back. The shoulder was a bit achey from the osteo but paddling didn't affect it. Felt pretty good, stroke is nice and easy and efficient.

Commute to paddle and home, first ride today so kept good tempo. Adjusted cleat on right side because I got a bit of itbs pain from running yesterday.

Commute + Heidelberg Rd. Took it easy.

Bad bad run, felt tired, dizzy and blurry vision. A combination of heat dehydration and fatigue.

Any way saw out the 8k's even though the hills were barely a shuffle.

Will skip tonight's ride and bus it, need a rest.

A bit of pain in the knee and I thinkit from my shimano shoes, will adjust cleat.

Will also do a session on the foam roller tonight.

Run down to studley park boathouse. Caught a wave with rob and managed to keep up for about 4 km, hence the good time.

Commute to paddle and home, pretty easy.
