Exercises (Rock Climbing) 3:00:00 [5]

Rock Ventures league has started up again. 9 5.4, 9 5.5, 6 5.6 walls. Some muscles in arms completely fatigued by the end. Unable to make it up several walls because of the specific pull required.

But a good first night;-)

So two classes in, I'm going to suggest that if you're looking for indoor O training, you ought to consider a step class. It's aerobic, involves leg pick-up strength, coordination, and rhythm...

Sure, I'd rather be running in the woods, but I guess I'll stick with it through the winter when there's no skiing.
