I started playing around with this, too. Here's what I (think) I figured out:
* You have to enter your training zones in your settings
* I use the "+GPX" link (at the bottom) to get your route on the map
* I use "Garmin transfer" or "upload files" (at top right) to upload heart rate data.
Maybe someone else can shed more light on the process.
I actually found in Garmin Connect the location where it splits it out by time in HR zone, so not too bad. Just need to put in the time in each zone. I seem to have an extra minute of time for the HR zones versus the elapsed time on my watch. Not sure how those values don't add up...
Justin. Try this. Settings > "Edit intensities and HR zones"
It should then categorize your workout base on your HR.
