Wow. some great running, keep up the good work Julia. Pay close attention to how you are recovering and any niggles you don't want all this hard work to go to waste!

sarah, i ran so rubbishly last night and today and i dont know why. i felt so good on monday and thought my week would be really positive. my legs around the o course were dead and heavy, i think i had a build up of lactic acid as they were quite sore. i was going near to walking pace. also my plantar facias have started hurting again :(
