Nice session, very busy at the track now summer has hit. In no mans land so a solo session but fine by me. Felt rough on first couple and was worried I'd overcooked it but held it together. Last one was flailing a bit.
Ankle fine, right achilles getting sore again since Hungary. Maybe due to blister or o-shoes or lack of gym.
