Orienteering 32:00 [3] 3.0 km (10:40 / km)

Ran a course that Andy set up at Waldo Lake by Shadow Bay campground. Used a topo map with features just off of small lakes. Pretty much had to run on a compass the whole way.

Ran with Andy and Rafa at Waldo Lake. Purpose was to scope out an area for a future map. Graded areas on their runability and complexity.

Ran 30-40s intervals up Bald Hill then walked down. The heart rate peaked up over 170 after each interval.
