S&C 30:00 [1]
(injured)

Usual ITB rehab exercises.

Another test jog too but felt it start to tighten up after two minutes again. Frustrating, especially as the only other races I'd planned to do this year are all in the next month. Will try to get to a physio next week if time allows.

Jogging, drills and strides. Improving but still iffy.

Note
(injured)

Haven't had any discomfort walking today so tried a test jog. Felt ITB starting to tense up after a few mins so stopped... I suppose that's an improvement over immediate crippling pain though? Patience required.

ITB rehab stuff. Similar to yesterday, it either hurts lots or isn't noticeable at all.

More of the same. Starting to loosen up a bit now.

ITB rehab work. Varied between feeling fine and barely being able to walk throughout the day. Going down stairs particularly sets it off.

Running 20:40 [1]

Drills 13:20 [1]

Running 15:00 [4]

Track

2x800m (2.41, 2.40)
3x600m (2.00, 2.02, 2.03)

Supposed to be followed by 4x400m but I could feel my right ITB getting tighter and pulling on the knee so called it a day there.

Running 2:47 [1]
(injured)

Started to jog home and pretty much all the muscles in my R leg felt painful and/or wouldn't respond.

Feck.

Scheduled rest day, with a bit of basic core/stretching stuff.

Watched Jurassic World. It's rubbish. Really rubbish. The worst film I've paid to see since Prometheus rubbish. Bryce Dallas Howard's (or at least her stunt double's) ability to sprint in high heels was moderately impressive mind!
