8x ~400m (3min recoveries, including jog down) on the Mark Way slight uphill section. No particularly good reason for this, just fancied some shorter, faster stuff for a change.

1.19, 1.20, 1.19, 1.19, 1.20, 1.23, 1.14, 1.11

Paces got a bit wonky towards the end (not sure what happened on #6) but decent session overall. Last rep suggests I maybe could have gone out a little harder earlier on (or done a couple more if I'd kept them all at 1.20ish) but didn't want to overcook it.
