Gameplan: continue to take it fairly easy for the next 6 weeks or so, focus on getting issues with hip/glute strength sorted out. Continue running semi-regularly but keep it fairly light and just short distances. Maybe take up swimming a couple of times a week so as to avoid getting too unfit. Then evaluate again at the start of December with an eye on gradually getting back to proper training over the rest of winter, regaining some fitness and, all being well, picking some races to target in the new year (possibly the Box Hill race if I'm still in the south?)
