Day off, yard work and ran chainsaw for 3 hours. Dropped 6 good size pondos in the yard. Upper body gonna be little sore tomorrow. SI Joint better today, still there though.

Southern Bridge Loop with Zone crew at lunch. Aggrevated my SI Joint on left side. Crap. Super sore after run. Limping a bit. Looks like forced time off. Guess my "whether to race or not one more time before the baby arrives" dilemma has been solved. No running for a bit. Time to dust off the 'ole road bike and get to spinnin' again.
