Wanted to do some form of exercise after a week of sitting at a desk for 14-18hrs a day revising... Think cold, lack of food/sleep and exams has caught up with me - was exhausted before I'd got up to the top of Pembroke Road. Forced myself up to 2 miles at which point I barely had the energy to stay stood up. Came back home and went straight to bed - not good for a morning "run"!
