Short easy walk from Amberley through Arundel Park to Lucy's café in Arundel for lunch, then back along the Arun meanders. Fabulous weather.

What a good idea this was. Threshold run with Lu at the time of day of the half marathon. Along the canal via Hunston to the marina and then straight back. I let Lu set the pace and tucked in. It was quick, felt quicker than my usual hard effort. We reached the turn in 20.15 and got back in 19.50 so were very consistent. Hip and calf were 'there' but not a problem, not as much as the people traffic anyway. We both started and finished strong.
