Inspired by trying to get the R-foot away from the PF return that came back a bit after the Sprints. Pavement seems to be the main issue - during/after orienteering last Sunday, my foot was 100% fine, despite the race pace. It was annoying on/off, wanting stickers again, on Wed PM & Thu - after running on NYC pavement.
