Low mo slow gray start. But the sun came out about 10mi in. Just focused on normal, comfortable, easy. Last mi was 7:13 and last 200 @6:47 pace. Stuff was hurting at the end but not that bad. 20+ miles on the road in the cold is getting less intimidating, once I get out the door. Nice work.

Low mo start in mid 20s and light snow but legs and head came around. Didn't mean to run the 1st 2 so "fast." Felt good on 5 and 6, so let myself go a little faster. Good run. Kind of disciplined. Long breaks from work are amazing.
