Ran from B's yoga studio, and then met up w/ her 21 miles later off 224. ~6miles on dirt on the rail trail. Steady mellow effort w/ mostly uphill the first 17.5 miles, all between 6300-6800'. Decent joggin. Haven't run that long in a while. Felt ok. Nice job.

The rock got pretty crappy at the top of the curtain pitch. Decided to head down. 4 rappels on the 80m. Fun day.

Good one. Cool and windy but only rained for a few minutes. Low point at mi10 but gel helped. Finished feeling decent besides uphill mile up 2300 E at the end. Felt much easier than last Sunday at J Ranch Rd. Nice job. I just need to make sure to change up the routes.
