Cabbage patch circuit + 2 burns on butt trumpet but no send. Still haven't repeated that one since starting to climb again. Had yo get outside after a horrendous day at work.

First time at the Hideaway. 30min up hill hike. Wu on 10a, 10d, then 3 oor 4 burns on Margerita (12c-hard). Did all the moves. One hung it on my last go. Darn. Fingery route.

Sort of frustrated with the weekend as I sent nothing harder than 11d. That's the price of getting on harder routes, of course.

Legs were jello on the hike/ scree slide down. Need to get to bed super early tonight.

4 burns on TKO. 1 hung it, which is progress- fell at 3rd bolt, then climbed to chains without falling again. Good 3rd burn but fell at 4th bolt. That could've been the send. Nuts. Nice day out there.

Met KS Michael down there. Long day with 3 of us.

3 burns on Ribo Con (12d). Clipped chains on it on burns 1 and 3. Need more power endurance. Good route.
Cd on kinda dirty 10c

Solid day. I want to be able to send 12d/ 13a in a day. Mentally, I was a little checked out today but climbed ok considering 3rd day on out of past 4 days. Fun day down there. We had Box every crag we hit to ourselves.

Super fun day in an awesome setting. Warmed up by on sighting 11a and 11b and, boom, 12a Boiler. 3 solid burns on TKO 13a, going to the top the first 2 goes and the last bolt on the third go. So psyched to climb somewhere new on awesome limestone. Want to get back there this season to send TKO.

Sold sleep, even if not as much as I would've liked. Nose and chest are congested, throat scratchy, but energy is good.

Warm up on sun king 11b but hung 3x- spicey for a warm up. On sighted step right up 12a good route.
Tried to kill a chalkingbird 12b but hd zero power
Fought on the on sight attempt on Shinobi 12a but fell above last bolt. I was on there for probably 30 minutes. Bummed to fall but psyched to climb through the scary section and fight hard on the technical upper part after milking the rest.
Another weird day energy wise fighting this cold and being on mucinex. Gorgeous day though.

Easy to moderate pace with 1.2mi on dirt in the gulley. Had to get out after unplanned 10 hours at work. Gorgeous day. Legs felt good until last .6mi or so.

Repeat The Pit 12c
Beta burn on Wicked Bender after intending to try to redpoint it. It may be a route right now that I only have one really good go on per day.
Tried Grushenka (12c) again but couldn't get thru the crux.
Finished the day by working the boulder problem start to JJ Memorial (13b) that could maybe be my 13b for 2014 if I can dispatch Wicked Bender.

Weird weekend, energy-wise after stressful end to work on Thur and Fri. Nothing to do but soldier on.

My throat is a little sore. Work frustration might be making me sick. Darn. Try to let go of it today.

Got about 10 bolts into The Attribute 12b before pulling off a hand hold and falling 10+ feet. Lost trust in the dirty rock above and came down and called it day.

Beautiful day down there. I just didn't feel that great. I'm done climbing at Windshield Wiper wall- choss pile.

Tried not to stay too long today. Did a few 5s, worked a couple 6s. Low energy day after semi-crappy work day. Ended with 3x 10sec crimp hand w/ 25lb dumbbell. I need to train crimping and power more. I can climb slopey and pinchey v5s all day in there. Got to take it up some notches.

Flashed some 3s, 4s, 5s, plus some a 5 2nd go. Just did mellow mileage w/out resting more than 1-2min for 45min, then to the weight room for leg lifts, one arm lock offs on rings, and db shoulder fly to front 10@8lb, 8@10lb, 6@15lb

Easing into the training activities and increased bouldering volume and simply climbing on plastic. Felt good for 2nd day on and not much sleep lately.
