Run - Road (snip) 38:26 [3] 8.75 km (4:24 / km) +100m 4:09 / km
ahr:136 max:150 slept:6.5

calves a little tight - probably from months of not running. Not severely so... Roads a little icy with a light coating of snow from last night - new snow mostly melted slush on top of ice.

Run - Road (To Rt74) 31:04 [3] 6.4 km (4:51 / km)
ahr:135

Shenipsit Lake Road out to Gottier Road and Rt 74. Calves tight and some chafing. Wound up walking back (separate entry).

Run - Road (Brisk Walk) 57:10 [1] 6.4 km (8:56 / km)

Brisk walk back from Gottier/74 due to tight calves and chafing issues... Probably take tomorrow off

Run - Road 20:20 [3] 4.7 km (4:20 / km)

late afternoon run, roads icing over again. Only out to Hare Road and then turn around. Pretty even pace whole way

Run - Road (snip) 38:49 [3] 8.75 km (4:26 / km) +100m 4:12 / km

calves a little tight from yesterday. Same route, but just ran at a moderate, but comfortable pace the whole way. Got to turnaround 30 seconds sooner, but definitely slower on the return.

Run - Road (snip - even splits) 38:34 [4] 8.75 km (4:24 / km) +100m 4:10 / km

afternoon run out to the snip (Shenipsit Lake) and back. Ran as far as dirt road is plowed in winter - beyond the barrier looked particularly icy and uninviting. Had run at a moderate pace outbound, turned around at 19:12 and decided to push for even splits (started out pushing for neg splits, but gave up on that pretty quickly). Managed to get back to house only 6 seconds slower than the outbound. Not bad for my current condition...
